Digital marketing has become a necessity to get candidates for vacancies.
The situation in today's labor market is very demanding in terms of obtaining the right skills. According to NAV's recent business survey, 70,000 employees are missing and as many as 1 in 4 companies will not find qualified labor.
The shortage of employees has increased by about 24,000 people in just one year, and 19,500 more than before the corona in 2020. These are startling figures; today there are twice as many vacancies as only two years ago!
In health, nursing and care, the largest shortage is (15,750 employees), followed by construction (11,500 employees). In addition, there is a great shortage of chefs and software developers.

These are startling numbers; today there are twice as many vacancies as only two years ago!
