Increased capacity
Veksthuset Personal AS staffs oil and gas customers and this sector has seen strong growth in 2022, and the expectations for 2023 are further growth. In November, we increased our staffing with the employment of HR coordinator Stine R. Liamo, and from January 2023 we are pleased to have strengthened our staffing in terms of salary and finances with the employment of Kamilla Rose Klausen.

Kamilla Rose Klausen is 31 years old and has worked as a deputy manager with personnel responsibility for 3 years, and has also recently graduated from vocational school in payroll and personnel. From before, she also has a bachelor's degree in communication in working life, as well as a master's degree in cultural studies.
Kamilla is hungry to learn new things and has high ambitions. She enjoys a hectic workday and is optimistic by nature.
Kamilla is already well underway with payroll work and control, and has already been implemented in our skilled on/offshore department in Trondheim.
