Several of those we have had working for R3 contractor for a long time have become permanent employees. Our main focus has been that they have the right equipment, ie clothes / safety shoes and HSE cards. In addition, we make sure that they have the "right" competent people to carry out the work.

We always receive feedback about our employees after the end of the project. If challenges of various kinds, this is taken immediately and cleared up if there should be a need. This contributes to a safe environment, at the same time as all parties involved in the process are satisfied.
