Recruitment - an active work

A recruitment process can be so much. It can be a short chat with an acquaintance, who later turns out to be a skilled employee. Or it can be an extensive selection process that takes a long time.

Common to both approaches is that it is very important for the company's future success to hire the right people.

The labor market in Norway has changed a lot in recent years. A few years ago, there was a great demand for job advertisements and an important part of the recruitment process was screening of applicants.

How is this today?

The number of applications is often smaller, and thus is an important part of the recruitment job å procure candidates for the position. We are constantly in contact with customers who have advertised their vacancies in various media, but without getting the candidate they want. Then they need a partner who works actively in procuring candidates.

What can you as an employer OFFER an employee?

For us at Veksthuset Personal, this process begins with getting a complementary picture of the business we are going to recruit to. The better information we have, the greater the likelihood of successful recruitment.

In this context, important questions are: why is it attractive to work for your business? What can you as an employer OFFER an employee?

In our role as recruitment consultants we assist the business in the process from a to z - so that our customers can focus on their own core business!

- We work actively to provide good candidates for your company. It's about highlighting the company's benefits and what it offers, as much as finding the candidate themselves.
